To maximise the security of your investment, we offer a system lifetime maintenance and monitoring service.

Your system will be remotely monitored by our specialists in our German control centre, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We can spot components that may need pre-emptive maintenance before any failure occurs. In most cases, 80% of the potential failure modes can be resolved on-line, remotely and at the click of a button. In other cases we will send a technical engineer to the site to rectify the problem. In the unlikely event of a major component failure, we have service level agreements with our suppliers so that replacement components can be  delivered within 24 hours.

In addition, you will receive regular reports on power plant yield, maintenance logs and of course, you can always contact us if you have any questions regarding your report.
